Breast Screening staff at Wollongong are amazing from start to finish I was a little nervous but I didn’t need to be from the lovely receptionist to the RN and the radiologist Thank you I will highly recommend your practice !

Thank you to the outstanding team. Everyone was welcoming, professional, caring and had great communication skill. It was explained to me why I was called in, what to expect, what was being done, how long I would be waiting for within a nice and comforting atmosphere. The whole experience was way beyone my expectations.

The receptionist was lovely and very helpful. I was pushed and shoved into position by the Radiographer who displayed little patience during the process. When I stated please show some empathy she replied ‘I am doing my job’. A smile wouldn’t have gone astray. Revision of customer service skills would be helpful to this lady.
