Had my breast screen at this clinic and the receptionist and the radiologist were both amazing, friendly and lovely. It made the whole experience easier and better than the procedure. The clinic is also clean and elegant.
I have had many breast screens before and never had any problems, however this was a most upsetting experience. The procedure is unpleasant in general, without the extremely frustrated operator telling me numerous times that I was so terribly stiff. Surely she must have come across other " stiff" patients. It would be nice if you could adopt a policy to employ people with better customer skills.
Amazing!! The appointment booking was so easy and quick, the lady I spoke to was so lovely, Cheryl explained everything with such kindness and care. Thank-you for the free Breast screening program- absolutely brilliant! Tanks again Heather
What a beautiful waiting room, felt like being in a fancy clinic. The staff were very friendly and made the whole process was quick and easy. I was in and out in 15 minutes Highly Highly recommend
Honestly, can’t recommend this place enough. I didn’t feel like I was having a BreastScreen more like a friendly chat with a lovely person. I actually had fun! Beautiful atmosphere and lovely women who make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in the door till the moment you leave.
