Had a good experience here today. It was quick. Everyone was friendly. It’s an unpleasant part of life, but I was in and out without a fuss today. They made it easier in a supportive environment

Was there today the lady that did the mmagram was lovely hope I get her next time the one last time I went not very nice rough as hell never see that one again.
Left this clinic in tears and a high level of anxiety. Receptionist was unwelcoming, condescending and too bothered with social media on her mobile phone. No greeting, just a clipboard pushed toward me. Waiting room is stark with old chairs and no atmosphere. A very shabby and dingy feeling. Screening room was very cold and no greeting from technician.
