Had my routine mammogram today. What lovely women. The receptionist was welcoming and friendly. The stenographer was absolutely beautiful made me feel very comfortable As mammograms are not my favourite thing to do lol. Thankyou for making this experience more comfortable Cheers Robyn ☺️
Reception was lovely and Jackie was informative of the process, professional and couldn’t have been nicer or more accomodating to me given it was my first time and I felt faint. She put a smile on my face and made me feel at ease. I was grateful to have a local service undertaking this painless screening but I walked out thinking I should buy the staff something for being so wonderful! I wish I could give more stars 🌟
As Australians, we are very fortunate to have free access to these health services, however my experience was not a comfortable one. I asked if I could have a gown and was told that it made it more difficult to get scans??? I am a health professional and feel we should do what we can to help make our patients feel comfortable. I am self conscious and will most probably not return for another mammogram
