Very organised and quick! Free parking is available for the short time it takes for the screening right outside.
Turned up for my appt to a locked door and no one answering the phone. So much for health care.
First visit to this facility. It's behind (not part of) Holmesglen hospital. There's a handful of free designated parking bays out front, otherwise park off Chapel St to avoid Holmesglen parking rate of $6. Reception staff a tad clinical. Procedure took all of 6 minutes...literally quicker than phone call to book! Worth it for peace of mind.
The radiographer, Nicole, is very kind and caring. However, I would really appreciate it if the receptionist could speak in a more friendly tone. I had to update some information on the form I previously filled out, and she seemed annoyed that she had to make changes.
So caring, kind, friendly, everyone was a beautiful human! 💕
