I went to this clinic in Greensborough on 18 October, early in the morning and I received great customer service experience from the Receptionist and especially from the medical professional, Rhianna (apologies if I misspelled the name). Rhianna was friendly and warm which made me feel comfortable and relaxed. She applied techniques in addressing some challenges in the medical process so we’re able to complete my procedure efficiently and effectively. Thank you Rhianna-you’re a gem!
