All the staff is super friendly and do professional .Specially to the nurse G , she was so kind to me on the day I Visited. I was super nervous and she made me feel at ease and that my feelings were valid. I am so grateful for her showing me empathy. But def you will be in good hands coming to this clinic. They do care . As far as I am concerned the staff have been very helpful and friendly, so what do you expect Ms Burton Champaign and caviar get a life.
I came here with my mother for her appointment yesterday 16/3/24. Staff on shift were abrupt and unkind. Sad when women who are coming here are unwell and often distressed. Receptionist asked my mother about her symptoms across the room in a room full of people. Very insensitive and unprofessional of the receptionist, and humiliating for my mother. Radiographer was abrupt and cold. You would expect staff in this line of work to be kind and gentle. Sad.
