Lady doing my mammogram was rough and quite rude. She actually broke the skin under my right breast. Won't be going back to her ever again very rushed and needs to retire I think obviously not liking her job anymore
Ladies on the counter are welcoming and efficient. Vanessa, the radiologist could be a bit friendlier.
Terrible experience this morning, Saturday at Berwick. The receptionist was lovely but the radiographer was clearly having a bad day. She was rude, abrupt and physically hurt me. Fingers crossed it's over for a few years. The one star is for the receptionist although I would give her a 4.
The receptionist sets the tone for any clinic. As soon as I walked into this clinic,the lovely receptionist was very sweet and professional. I was taken straight into the changing room. The lady who did my mammogram explained everything fantastically. Thanks to you all keep up the great work you're all doing. PS.....it took 24 hours for my boobies to re-inflate 🤣🤣🤣
Easy to book n appointment and staff were great.
