Terrible experience this morning, Saturday at Berwick. The receptionist was lovely but the radiographer was clearly having a bad day. She was rude, abrupt and physically hurt me. Fingers crossed it's over for a few years. The one star is for the receptionist although I would give her a 4.
The receptionist sets the tone for any clinic. As soon as I walked into this clinic,the lovely receptionist was very sweet and professional. I was taken straight into the changing room. The lady who did my mammogram explained everything fantastically. Thanks to you all keep up the great work you're all doing. PS.....it took 24 hours for my boobies to re-inflate 🤣🤣🤣
Easy to book n appointment and staff were great.
Made a booking for a family member. This place was difficult to locate. Anyway once in the clinic it got worse. The receptionist was very rude, very poor communication and people skills. The process was okay. Next time definitely won't be booking the Berwick clinic.
Excellent, painless experience, the staff in Berwick center was so gentle and caring. I give A++++ to the Radiographer. Always recommend Breast Screen Victoria Berwick to all.
