I had a good experience. I had a couple of ultrasounds scheduled, same day, one after the other. The room I was in was dimly lit which helped my anxiety. I spoke up about some personal trauma so she walked me through each step of what was happening with the tools she was using. I felt safe. Staff was inviting and caring. Oh, I didn't know they had parking so I parked down by the metro link station.
The are partnered with Radnet. Their “estimate” charges were incorrect. They had a fixed fee of 50% for coinsurance and in my case it should only be 20%. I had a scheduled appointment time, arrived 13 minutes early, and was told my appointment was at an earlier time (12 minutes earlier) and sorry, there is nothing they can do about it, but that my time slot was gone. I showed proof of my scheduled time, but this did not seem to matter. Someone on their made a mistake, but I was the one getting penalized.
