I was very nervous about going here based on the very low rating, so I felt compelled to provide a different view. I had my second biopsy here (the first one was at Glendale). Besides the initial wait (about 45 min), everything went pretty smoothly and quick. My experience here was much better than at Glendale. The nurse/aid who helped prepped me was so good, I felt she was really looking out for me. My 82 year old mother was scheduled for a biopsy. The dr entered and began giving the numbing shot and immediately making the incision without waiting for the numbing to begin. She felt the whole procedure! It was done so quickly just to move on to the next one. it was like cattle in there. Their waiting room was completely packed to where they started using an overflow room. She could barely walk when she was done due to the pain. Her hands shaking and almost passed out! I have experienced repeated administrative failures at this facility that significantly disrupted my care. I am genuinely concerned for other patients who may be facing a serious diagnosis and have their care delayed because of mismanagement. On multiple occasions, I received little to no notice that my appointment could not proceed because the office had not received the correct referral documents from my doctor. Even after pre-checkIN completed days ago and coming 20mins before scheduled time, they were still late in calling us in for 45mins. Front desk did not even bother to inform everyone waiting. This was even for an abdominal US for my senior mother who has not eaten for more than 6hrs. If you can find another location, just choose that. The bldg will also ask you to pay parking using a QR code so if you dont like that dont come here.

I've come here for an ultrasound, mammogram, and also biopsy. Everyone has been very friendly and made me feel comfortable, despite the inherently uncomfortable nature of these procedures. Wait times are inevitable but I've never had to wait that long. The entire process of my biopsy of both my breasts + mammogram from check in to check out was about 2 hours. I also really appreciate the nice touches such as the warm ultrasound gel and the changing rooms that have lockers and nicer cloth gowns. I am fortunate enough to have ... read more
