I originally had an appointment with the Arcadia location to get my mammogram but they rescheduled me last minute to have it at Pasadena instead. They sent me a confirmation text saying that my appointment was set for 9:50AM. I showed up early at 9:40AM and the lady at the front desk said that I was late. She said that her computer system shows my appointment being at 9:00AM. I am a family practice physician, and I frequently refer patients to radiology for mammograms. While this concern is not limited to a single office, I have found that, overall, communication within RadNet Radiology is consistently poor. In the past, if there was an abnormal mammogram or ultrasound finding, the radiology team would automatically request the appropriate follow-up tests or procedures. I’m giving two stars because staff was polite and the waiting area was clean, however I did not get my mammogram done due to their scheduling mess up after having already been rescheduled by them. 45 minutes and payment for parking I’ll never get back.
Had my first mammogram today and was nervous but the experience was painless and easy! Everyone in the office was nice and patient and friendly. Jill did the exam and she was very sweet and fast and made me very comfortable. Definitely recommend.
Do not schedule your appointment at this facility, very poor service by manager Susie. Facility is a joke and she does not k ow what she is doing. They need to have manager is charge that understand insurance claims and the difference between co-payment and co-insurance.
