Lauren, at the reception desk is amazing at juggling several patients at once. I have managed in television advertising, the efficiency of customer service. Lauren is outstanding. While I was waiting, she greeted everyone, while she was handling a cash payment. The next patient that involved a significant payment to make said, “I have several cards to use.” Lauren handled it with an upbeat attitude.
