The Consultants are all very patient, hands on, and sensitive to each particular family’s need, and whatever decision they make is supported and affirmed.
My lactation consultant is kind, helpful and supportive. I feel comfortable asking questions and there is absolutely no judgement. My son wasn't gaining weight because my milk supply was low. Thank goodness I checked in with a consultant when I did. I'm breastfeeding and supplementing with formula and it's working well. I'm so thankful for their help and knowledge!!
I called for assistance once my supply dropped after 9 months. Their hours are not convenient for working mothers. I spoke to someone who said the director would try to work with me to come in after hours, but no one ever called me back. The lactation consultants were all over me in the hospital, but once I needed help, they were unavailable. Very disappointing, do not recommend.
