We took our 6 week old daughter here after our lactation consultant recommended we get an evaluation for her ties bc she was struggling to gain weight. After researching online and going to their website we easily booked an appointment online for the next day. The booking system is hassle free and easy to do. The day we were going for the evaluation we get a call from the receptionist, the call was to go over what will we owe for the surgery. Dr. S is super knowledgeable in this field. She came in and evaluated my baby, took her time to explain the procedure and her showed me where my baby had tongue and lip tie, and still allowed me time to decide if I would like to proceed. Afterwards her staff and even Dr. S sat with me while we helped my baby latch after her procedure. I have since followed up a few times and Dr. S and her staff were responsive in a very timely manner.
Dr. Schecter was so informative and thorough during our visit. I felt at ease that my baby was in good hands. Highly recommend!
I was able to get an appt quickly, the staff was friendly and helpful, Dr schecter was knowledgeable and clear. All of our questions were answered, our baby was diagnosed and treated in the same visit which was helpful as we drove quite far. The day was a little rough but the doctor and all of the staff were very accommodating and kind. Any questions I had I sent via email over the next few days and Dr schecter responded to them very quickly which I found to be extremely helpful as an anxious momma.
