Our experience at Mercy Women's Center during the birthing process was absolutely wonderful. We had excellent communication with the entire Mercy team the entire time. They gave us exceptional care and peace of mind the whole time. Today, 05/07/2025, we visited lactation services, as we were told by both the lactation nurse and other staff that we could drop in, and were informed that the service required an appointment. Michelle helped us with outpatient lactation today and she was absolutely amazing. The patience and peace of mind she provided me with her care was exceptional.
