The lactation consultant was amazing. The pediatrician on-site was amazing. However, their booking system and whomever confirms appointments, will cancel your ability to utilize them, for their own errors. I had an appointment confirmed, my baby was sick so we were asked not come in. That’s a cancellation, yes. Next message I recieved was OFFERING me an appointment date. I can't express how helpful this clinic had been during my early weeks as a new mom learning to breastfeed. I have had so many challenges and this clinic was so supportive not only with learning to breastfeed but also emotionally helping me through it all!
