The worst experience ever. After waiting almost two months for my appointment, which was scheduled due to an urgent issue, I never received a call or text reminder. I thought the appointment was on a different date, and when I called to confirm, I was told I had missed it and that I couldn’t reschedule because it was marked as a “no show” — even though it wasn’t my fault. Dr. Lee has been so kind and reassuring. Everyone in the office has been very kind as well. I feel like I’m in good hands.
Bubbly personality, very upbeat, explains everything so a lay person can understand
Dr. Lee is an excellent surgeon and I have felt very comfortable and confident with her since my first appointment. She is very caring and so is her staff. I happen to like the Atlantis office far better than the Wellington office, the Atlantis office feels comfortable and inviting with many personal touches; the Wellington office that she shares with other physicians is a standard no frills medical office.
Dr.Lee is one of the best doctors, I have met in West Palm Beach. She pay attention to everything and shows care. My surgery went extremely well and I can't believe how well and quickly I have healed. Staff is amazing, Michelle her office manager has been nothing but kind, including the receptionist as well. Dr.lee is the best ever.
