Towards the end of my scan one of the two clinicians became inpatient with me (i have neuro damage and poor balance and arthritic deformity). She made an offensive remark and was lacking in tact or empathy. Cant believe this happened. I feel very hurt. The other woman (dark hair) who started with me was so very lovely, as was the receptionist . But this impatient fair hair one suddenly took over. Told the other to have a rest at the monitor. I had an excellent experience her in January 2024. The clinician put me at ease, and there was no wait time. Convenient parking at the rear of the building. My only complaint is with the QLD website, (nothing to do with the Redcliffe office. It is not intuitive and somehow has generated more than one password, none of which work. I got helpful tech support on the phone but last time I tried to log in I still couldn't get in.
From Kippa-Ring to Redcliffe; nice, bigger space, and friendly welcoming atmosphere. Thank you lovely ladies for your kind and quality assistance. Can't wait to go back there in two years time. Easy and safe parking at the back of the building.
2nd time my good wife has been to this Clinic. The entire staff are amazing, so careing and very passionate about the wonderful work they do. Very privilaged to also be involved in celebrating their 1st Birthday at the new Anzac Ave premises with the Qld Health Minister, Yvette D'Arth on 03Mar2023. Recommend all women to get checked.
