So comfortable with the ladies at the centre. I was in and out in 20 mins. Made feel very special and im so pleased I chose this branch to have my annual examination.

Towards the end of my scan one of the two clinicians became inpatient with me (i have neuro damage and poor balance and arthritic deformity). She made an offensive remark and was lacking in tact or empathy. Cant believe this happened. I feel very hurt. The other woman (dark hair) who started with me was so very lovely, as was the receptionist . But this impatient fair hair one suddenly took over. Told the other to have a rest at the monitor.
