I cannot recommend Dr. Martinez and the team enough. I work in the medical field and know how challenging it can be to find a surgeon you trust while navigating insurance at the same time. Dr. Boehmler and Sarah Black were absolutely fantastic! They made a tough situation much easier by walking me through the DIEP flap reconstruction surgery and answering all of my questions. I am extremely pleased with the results. Not only are Dr. B & Sarah the very best at what they do, they are kind and compassionate people. I highly recommend them to anyone interested in surgical breast reconstruction surgery.
Dr. B and Sarah one of the best teams I ever met as a medically profession collaboration they were hand-in-hand they understand each other and they trust each other and that’s very important. Dr. Boehmler and Sarah were the BEST I could have hoped for. No one ever asks to have breast cancer, but I found myself in that situation and had to choose between implants or my own body tissue. I chose DIEP flap reconstruction for my double mastectomy, and when it was recommended that I go to Breast Reconstruction Associates I didn't hesitate. Dr. Habash and his assistant Dr. Wicklund are stellar! I feel like I got the best care & reconstruction the U.S. has to offer. The compassion and attention was top notch and I’m proud of my post cancer body! If you told me I’d be in Greece in a bikini a year later..I’d say no way…but here I am!😉
