Came from interstate (I was visiting Melbourne anyway) but it was cheaper and faster to get a scan here, and I'm so glad I did. The staff here - from reception to my sonographer were so welcoming. The sonographer had made a resource on how to do a self-breast check which I took for friends because it was so clear and easy to understand. I was in and out pretty quickly - they have everyone on site. Very safe, welcoming, and well-run place.
I would highly recommend this facility. They were understanding, helpful and thorough. It’s a one stop shop. I had a mammogram followed by an ultrasound followed by a discussion with the doctor who was patient, not dismissive, and explained things in easy to understand language. I’ll be going up for a 2 yearly follow up.
A big thank you to your staff for my scan appointment. Nurse Kitty was very kind, and all the staff were professional and made me feel at ease. Thank you very much.
10/10 biopsy experience here :) i booked in without much delay, and kitty went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable from initially booking in the appointment with her and throughout the whole process. the doctor and mammography technologist were also kind and professional. although a minor procedure, i felt extremely looked-after. thank you!
