Very professional and efficient service
Highly recommend. The staff are very caring and knowledgeable. The facility is private and calm. Having been somewhere that felt more clinical and rushed, Breast Imaging Victoria made me feel a lot more comfortable.
All the staff I dealt with were kind, professional and efficient. The sonographer was extremely knowledgeable and clearly expertly experienced. It was convenient and stress-free to get my mammogram and ultrasound in the same clinic at the same time and have the results analysed on the spot. Very comfortable rooms. Highly recommend.
I was lucky enough to find BIV for my contrast mammogram. This place is absolutely fantastic! Like walking into a (happy and functional) family home, not a corporatised medical environment. All the staff - from reception to sonographer - are so friendly, compassionate, patient, warm and welcoming. Everything was explained to me in a down-to-earth but informative manner. I've had two scans here and both times I've felt very welcomed and cared for. The staff at BIV are very passionate and clearly care greatly about their work. One of the radiographers has made a educational magnet about doing self-assessments at home. Its easy to follow and empowers people with breasts to assess themselves. Knowledge is power! Thanks to the team at Breast Imaging Victoria.
