For not wanting to be there they make it calming
Didn't go there for breast exam ,,, I was there for other appt. My appt. was scheduled for an earlier time ,, 8:50 am ,, but According to their computer is was at 9:20 ,, even my phone message Reminder ,stated that my appointment was at 8:50 ,,, when I was called to remind me of my Dr.appt . But nevertheless I got seen , and all went well . All that matters .
Everyone was so helpful. Every procedure explained very well. Genuinely caring. Very good experience.
The staff treat you with the up most respect, from the front office to the technician using the machine. They take the time to explain EVERYTHING in detail, what to expect & answer your questions pertaining to your procedure. I won't go anywhere except to CTRC.
