a friend referred my fiance to this place. The secretary, not a nurse or md was playing all kinds of insurance games. There were semantics about scheduling as to how it is paid for etc. My fiance was trying to schedule a routine exam then spoke to Kenny who told her off he is supposed to be the manager of the facility and when she explained her exisiting hipa protected health issues and the ADA he hung up on me. Unprof and sick. I guess he hopes she gets breast cancer. Part of cottage health and needs to be investigated
I have been a patient here for 25 years. I have always enjoyed excellent service and top notch medical care, in a comfortable, friendly setting.
