It’s so distressing… I get a message saying that there is something abnormal with my mammogram and to call to reschedule an appointment, and I’ve been trying for over 2 weeks leaving multiple messages and have not been able to get through to anyone. No one ever picks up the phone, and I have a job where if they call me back (which has only been once) I’m likely unavailable and then I have no way of getting back to them. It’s really poor patient management. Please sort it out.

Not a good protocol having to anxiously wait for mammogram results and a phone call. It’d be way more appropriate for the patient to meet the radiologist right after the mammogram is screened and read. Depending on findings, a plan for follow-up would be immediately made. This aspect of care when the patient goes home anxious isn’t good.

I was told to come here for mammography after having a horrid experience at another hospital. I was told "They're gentle, and the best", and that was 100% true! The intake staff is very nice and the technicians are indeed gentle with "the girls" and kind. I highly recommend this place for your yearly squeeze.
