Just going to say that Veronica and Lori are awesome they were absolutely great best people that y'all have there working!
Always a very positive experience even though it's a mammogram 🤣 Veronica checked me in and out with a smile and positive attitude at 7:30 am. Kim was my technologist and very kind verbal instructions and thorough. I have been going here for 12 years and have to say I miss the rose at the end. Just a nice touch as a woman when you have to go through that experience
I had an excellent experience at OU Breast on SW 119th. I was able to have my ultrasound, aspiration, and biopsy all done in the same appointment, which made the process so much easier. Amy took the time to answer every single question I had in great detail and never once made me feel silly or dismissed. I had a biopsy today. I was very terrified of the pain that I might feel. Years ago I had a lidocaine shot in my elbow that felt like fire at a different doctor’s office because they gave the shot too quickly. Even though I had a prescription from my PCP for an extra strength numbing cream that I had put on myself before the procedure I panicked and began to cry after I got into the room for the procedure.
