They have an Amazing staff..
The absolute worst experience. I’ve be going there many years and “Jill” The technician made me stand on my tippy toes and bruised my ribs and I begged her to stop it hurt so bad and she “refused” and said it’s necessary I said no it isn’t I’ve had mammograms over 25 years and never endured this pain and she said it’s because the prior technicians did not do it properly. I said this is the same place I’ve always gotten mammograms she again said well let me show you on the screen they have not been doing them properly. She ru... read more
They made my sister take off her diabetic sensor off my arm for a foot mri when she has an implant in her back that was ok . Now she has blood blisters from taking it off to soon . Also she has no sensor for the next 2 weeks . Beware if you have a diabetic sensor they will make you take it off.
I always get in and out quickly they are very organized so it makes the process quick and easy. The only thing that would be nicer is after doing electronic checking and answering all the questions they could see it. I checked in when I confirmed my appointment then had to fill out the paperwork again after I arrived. That is frustrating when electronic checking is offered.
