I had an excellent experience at OU Breast on SW 119th. I was able to have my ultrasound, aspiration, and biopsy all done in the same appointment, which made the process so much easier. Amy took the time to answer every single question I had in great detail and never once made me feel silly or dismissed. I had a biopsy today. I was very terrified of the pain that I might feel. Years ago I had a lidocaine shot in my elbow that felt like fire at a different doctor’s office because they gave the shot too quickly. Even though I had a prescription from my PCP for an extra strength numbing cream that I had put on myself before the procedure I panicked and began to cry after I got into the room for the procedure. They have an Amazing staff..
The absolute worst experience. I’ve be going there many years and “Jill” The technician made me stand on my tippy toes and bruised my ribs and I begged her to stop it hurt so bad and she “refused” and said it’s necessary I said no it isn’t I’ve had mammograms over 25 years and never endured this pain and she said it’s because the prior technicians did not do it properly.
