I went for my annual mammogram this morning and it was not a pleasant experience. The technician was extremely rough with my breasts, was rough with my ribs, pushed my body into the machine multiple times really hard, and was rude. I pulled away from the tech and the machine, and told her she's too rough, and her response was 'oh, so that's what that was.' I did not see any remorse. After seeing so many negative reviews , I was a little nervous for my appointment today. Thankfully, everything went smoothly. Every person I interacted with was friendly and kind, thorough and professional. Jill is excellent at her job. She explained things in a way that was easy to follow and understand. The worst experience I've ever had in my life at any medical facility.
If I could give zero stars, I would. My wife has visited this facility three times over the past two years. With a family history of breast cancer and cystic breasts, regular check-ups are critical for her. The first visit went smoothly. On the second visit—six months later—she had a noticeable lump. The doctor offered to drain the cyst my wife chose to monitor it instead, but the visit still cost $500 out of pocket. Came in for exam after finding a lump in one breast. After the rude ladies at front desk. The only person I saw was the ultra sound tech. Who Said my results were a cyst none cancerous. When I asked for a biopsy. They said no need. Everything I've read, says the only way to find out for positive. Is to biopsy for cancer cells. What ever you do, do not use this joke of a place.
