I would recommend this place to anyone in need of specialized care. From the ladies at the front desk to the nurses in the back, everyone was caring, compassionate, & understanding. They took the time to explain everything & answer any questions or address any concerns I had. I can not say enough about Dr. Falk. He is the total package. Compassionate, caring, gentle, professioal, & very awesome. He made sure I was completely numb before starting the biopsy & I stayed that way through out the procedure. I had to have a second visit due to abnormalities, which was not covered by insurance. I received the bill and called to make payment arrangements, unfortunately I didn’t get a name or confirmation number so my account was turned over to a collection agency. I called and they said they had no record of setting up a payment arrangement for me. Not happy with them.

My drs office sent them my Mammo results & I called them twice to make appt, they never returned my calls When my dr called them back they said they never knew anything about it! Don't waste your time here. They don't care about anyone's health obviously! And shouldn't even be in business!
