If I could give zero stars, I would. My wife has visited this facility three times over the past two years. With a family history of breast cancer and cystic breasts, regular check-ups are critical for her. The first visit went smoothly. On the second visit—six months later—she had a noticeable lump. The doctor offered to drain the cyst my wife chose to monitor it instead, but the visit still cost $500 out of pocket. Came in for exam after finding a lump in one breast. After the rude ladies at front desk. The only person I saw was the ultra sound tech. Who Said my results were a cyst none cancerous. I would recommend this place to anyone in need of specialized care. From the ladies at the front desk to the nurses in the back, everyone was caring, compassionate, & understanding. They took the time to explain everything & answer any questions or address any concerns I had. I can not say enough about Dr. Falk. He is the total package. Compassionate, caring, gentle, professioal, & very awesome. He made sure I was completely numb before starting the biopsy & I stayed that way through out the procedure. Explaining everything ... read more
