Front staff and environment not good. As a patient coming to be examined a calm environment would be nice. Very personable conversations and just Loud. But once your called it’s calmer and the staff in the back are kind and knowledgeable. 💕
Front desk receptionist girls is beyond amazing, The atmosphere is Welcoming and friendly, great energy in this environment. Love the scripture on the back wall. I went to this office on accident was lost for my appointment girls sent me towards the right direction.
My experience at this medical facility was marred by the staff's pervasive rudeness and inconsideration. The check-in process was brief and unfriendly. When we were called back, I requested to accompany my companion and was met with a curt response. The ultrasound results revealed cysts and drainage, which the staff considered non-threatening. My viewpoint is not from the patient, but rather the driver for a patient. I understand that sometimes we all have to wait longer than we would like, but today we arrived & waited almost 45 minutes to be called, even though several others who arrived after us were called & finished & gone before we were called. Went in for my annual mammograms and was called back that day to schedule more imaging due to a suspicious area on my breast. The staff is amazing here and I would like to recognize Alysa for her kindness, professionalism and sense of humor. I also want to say thank you to Jill for how well she explained everything, when I asked her if she could turn the monitor for the ultrasound so I could see it better she gladly did so, she has a great bedside manner and a fun sense of humor!
