My viewpoint is not from the patient, but rather the driver for a patient. I understand that sometimes we all have to wait longer than we would like, but today we arrived & waited almost 45 minutes to be called, even though several others who arrived after us were called & finished & gone before we were called. Went in for my annual mammograms and was called back that day to schedule more imaging due to a suspicious area on my breast. The staff is amazing here and I would like to recognize Alysa for her kindness, professionalism and sense of humor. I also want to say thank you to Jill for how well she explained everything, when I asked her if she could turn the monitor for the ultrasound so I could see it better she gladly did so, she has a great bedside manner and a fun sense of humor! I've never seen such a rude receptionist. I just wanted to make an appointment and she asked a thousand questions that didn't make any sense. How am I supposed to know if I have a disease if I go for a test? She's too rude, shouts at people and makes the patient very nervous.
Reviewing on behalf of my sister. Very unprofessional and rude receptionist. The receptionist was constantly combative when my sister called trying to schedule a breast screening to check for cancer. They were sent a referral fax on Monday and when my sister called today they barked that they hadn't received it. The referring physician sent another referral immediately after getting off that phone call.
