HORRIBLE Exp- walked out! Arrived 10' early for my appt 7.1.26. No other pts waiting, yet I stood at the check-in counter 5-10' w NONE of the 2 GALS behind the desk ever greeting me or chking me in!! Nobsign in sheet- NOTHING! I'm recovering from surgery, couldn't stand any longer so sat down, figuring the gals would eventually call me. Another pt came in, waited a bit a the counter, then 1 of the gals waved her back. Say WHAT?!? TERRIBLE UNFRIENDLY STAFF, LET ALONE RUDE to take another pt 1st!!! While there was little wait and things moved smoothly, the result of my mammogram was never sent to the ordering physician! This is absolutely ridiculous! The office and I should not have to make multiple calls to get the results sent to the ordering physician.
Not very welcoming. I was a 1st time patient from Rollling oaks radiology because of contract negotiations and I definitely felt the difference. The technician was very cold and rolled her eyes at me when I made a mistake on my form because she HAD TO redo the form . Not sure if she was tired or just didn’t like what she was doing. Rolling oaks was way more detailed in taking views which makes me nervous. Won’t go back there because I had breast cancer and I just don't get good vibes from the office.
I had a great experience here. Very professional, fast and the radiologist Aracely was amazing. Overall - an easy, and non-stressful experience.
