Today was my first visit to Breast Center of Naples, and actually my first time having breast imaging of any kind. I can't recommend this facility highly enough! The office is clean and beautiful and every member of the staff was warm and welcoming. The scans were thorough and the radiologist checks the images as soon as they're taken to ensure they're readable and high quality -- amazing! Breast Center of Naples and Dr. Krystal Smith cannot be topped! Truly! State of the art equipment, office designed by a woman for women! Beautifully appointed! The true standouts, tho, are the staff, both at reception and in the exam area: Genuinely kind, forgiving, understanding, patient, friendly (even when patients misbehave!). Having for years previously gone to another, perfectly adequate facility here in Naples, I am blown away by all that is offered above and beyond by Dr. Krystal and her staff! Bravo to them all!!
Naples Breast Center provided outstanding service from start to finish. The facility was extremely clean, the process was quick and efficient, and the staff was truly lovely—professional, kind, and very attentive. They made the entire experience comfortable and stress-free. I highly recommend Naples Breast Center to anyone looking for excellent care and exceptional service.
I have to say I love this little clinic and I hope they stay the same forever so I can keep coming. Lydia in medical records has been an angel trying to get my records from Lee Health and I know I spoke to two of the nurses who have been wonderful as well. I’m sorry I cannot remember their names.
