I was scheduled for a mammogram and an ultrasound last week, when I got there, the person at the front desk said I didn't need both, well I'm here and scheduled for it so I want both. She leaves and came back said they will call my PCP to find out why. Said the radiologist said do the mammogram and if they see something they'll do the ultrasound. Asked if I wanted to wait or get a call. I said I'll wait. They had me there just sitting and finally told me everything was fine. I got a call 2 days ago to schedule to come back. ... read more
They were very nice, it was very clean and I got my results very quickly. They were also very flexible with scheduling. Highly recommend!
Waited for hours to get an MRI, had to reschedule because I had other appointments that day and then apparently the male office attendant that made my appointment canceled it after I left. I'm stuck waiting over a month now and can't walk or move forward and get my surgery... I will never return to this hospital and if you care about yourself or your family don't waste your time here they do not care
The Breast Center never answers the phone. You don't have to take my word for it. Just call. Update 7/23/2024 - I added two stars, because the experience inside the center could not have been better. Staff was prompt, professional, caring, and informative. Diagnostic mammogram results were evaluated while I waited. Unfortunately, there were no handicapped parking spaces available, so I had to valet park for $7 + $2 tip. No one ever actually answers the phone. Calls are not returned in 24 hours as stated. When presented with a script issue due to new fax system, I was told they'd resolve it, but no one did. It's been like this for years, I'll be going elsewhere for my care.
