Waited for hours to get an MRI, had to reschedule because I had other appointments that day and then apparently the male office attendant that made my appointment canceled it after I left. I'm stuck waiting over a month now and can't walk or move forward and get my surgery... I will never return to this hospital and if you care about yourself or your family don't waste your time here they do not care
The Breast Center never answers the phone. You don't have to take my word for it. Just call. Update 7/23/2024 - I added two stars, because the experience inside the center could not have been better. Staff was prompt, professional, caring, and informative. Diagnostic mammogram results were evaluated while I waited. Unfortunately, there were no handicapped parking spaces available, so I had to valet park for $7 + $2 tip. No one ever actually answers the phone. Calls are not returned in 24 hours as stated. When presented with a script issue due to new fax system, I was told they'd resolve it, but no one did. It's been like this for years, I'll be going elsewhere for my care.
Been calling for 2 days, does anyone in the Breast Center ever answer the phones?? How are we supposed to make an appointment if they never answer the phone? Right now (10:10 a.m.) still getting the generic auto-answer for the whole hospital, even though I'm calling the Breast Center number!! Not good people, NOT good! You only get one star because this site won't post if I don't mark a star... ridiculous!!
Have been going to this location for years and mammogram is covered 100% by insurance in network. Staff have been wonderful. Just don't understand why when I went to an in network provider you would send it to an out of network provider to be read. First time ever I have had to pay towards deductible for any part of the mammogram. Not happy that I wasnt told this when I went for appt. May have to look for somewhere else to go this year.
