I'm so surprised to see these bad reviews. i have been going to Tully for my mammogram and sonogram for decades, and i have only experienced excellent care. every time. The technicians are always wonderful, kind, respectful, and caring. The wait time is minimal--typically (not always) in and out pretty quickly. i highly recommend tully for these services.
I don't know what happened here but Tully breast center used to be really on top of giving results for mammograms right away, routine annual screening results took one day. Now It's been ten days and nothing, no results and every time I call they say hasn't been read yet. They keep using the same excuse of "oh we have a new online chart system" that was implemented at the beginning of 2025, and we are now in October.. that excuse is no longer legit guys....shame on Tully
Staff is great, but waiting 24-48 hours to find out if you have cancer is insane. Especially when they used to (and most places currently do) tell you during your appointment.
My appointment was at 1130; a girl came out at 1145 to tell me that I’m early. I said, actually my appointment is at 1130. She said well it says 1230. We have had people here waiting since 11. I understand they get backed up but don’t gaslight patients into thinking their appointment time is incorrect- I had email confirmation and the front desk confirmed.
