So far not a great experience. Love the Advent health family, but even getting to the mammogram place was confusing as it wasn’t explained when making the appointment so I went to the wrong building that said imaging. I checked in online twice (I got hounded with emails almost daily) with all pre-reg paperwork. Then I get to my appt and they tell me I’m not done and to go to the kiosk to finish. Not sure what the facility is like because I didn't get passed the incredibly insensitive and monotone phone receptionist. It is scary enough to try to schedule your first Mammogram, the last thing women need is to be talked down to and treated poorly before they even get into the office.
I had my annual mammogram on 1/26/24 and still have yet to receive my results as of 2/4/24. I understand you went through an EPIC transition on 1/28/24 but being my date of service was prior to that, my results should've posted in the Centura My Chart app. Can someone please contact me?
They took great care of me. Everyone was so kind and helpful.
