If there was a negative star, they would get one. Good product but I feel scammed by their battery, that is welded on, and requires a $300 replacement fee (including shipping). How dumb do you believe are the customers. When selling, why not you disclose, the product needs a $300 upgrade every 3 years. Suggesting a $200 coupon for a purchase of a new $700 product is not the answer. I don't know what you have engineered into new product that may require another upgrade. While on vacation my Z1 Cpap machine failed on a fault 33 which is an internal battery issues which now apparently becoming a common occurrence. After ruining my vacation I reached out to Breas Medical in the hopes of a replacement for this expensive machinery. All they told me was that it was now out of warranty (coincidentally) and that they'd offer me a discount to purchase its replacement. Wow, great business model. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS MACHINE!!
Terrible customer service. Z1 failed in June. Emailed and phoned both US and Swedish offices. I have to this date never received a response. Managed to find a contact through a CPAP distributor. After numerous emails finally got a contact email. Sent Z1 for repairs. Have been following up regularly. First response we did not receive your Z1. Delivery confirmation verified had been there for 2 weeks. Second response it was being diagnosed. Third response it is repaired. No quote for repairs. Proceeded without any approval of ... read more
When the other suppliers (including the one I purchased my Z1 with) failed me Breas Medical came through with the CORRECT hose to machine coupler. CPAP USA twice sent the wrong one even after Customer Service clarification. Seems those putting supplies in boxes don’t read and cross check numbers😩. Thank you eBay as well!
