After a recent flood from an upstairs bathroom I contacted Breakwater for a quote. Karlie had someone out to survey the damage within 24 hours. Karlie and Breakwater handled everything with quick and professional attention. Once the construction repairs were approved, Tito and his crew were here onsite promptly to demo and begin repairs. Tito kept me up to date on each step of the project and was always happy to answer any questions. I will happily refer all friends and family to Breakwater.
Breakwater did a flooring tear out and replacement at our home after a water leak damaged the wood flooring. Project managers and crew were great about communication whether in person on the phone or via email or text. It was a big project and we were displaced for several days. Victor and the Packout and pack in crew did a great job as did Veery and her crew taking care of the final punch list. Make sure you are there supervising the work “in person” the workers dragged my stove and refrig across my hard wood floors and made some deep scratches that you literally could get splinters on. They decided to cover them up with an outdoor mat and once confronted stated that my house was old “anyway” 🤯. The project manger apologized and only offered for me to add staining oil to the fresh gashes🤯. Beware if your hiring them! Do not let them do the work unless you have the bandwidth to sit there with them and micromanage.... read more
