The day of my most recent appointment at Breakwater Dental arrived. A light snow fell during the night. I left a little early as my commute would find me on the road for at least an hour and 20 minutes. By the time I hit the turnpike the roads had improved substantially. I think it was exit 48 where there was a car broke down. As I waited in traffic I wondered if I was going to make it on time as the office Breakwater at Dental opens up at 8:00 a.m.. traffic soon cleared with a total wait time of about 10 minutes. I have always had a very good experience at Breakwater Dental. They have the kindest staff you could ever find; Every person that works there is so friendly and supportive of any anxieties you may have. They go out of their way to make sure you feel very comfortable and answer every question you may have with clarity. You are never rushed and they take the time to make sure you understand what is needed. I was surprised to find that I had a new hygienist. I would of liked a heads up about it. She was ok , however i felt she was a bit aggressive. We will see how it goes next time.
