Update * After being ghosted, I decided to reach out to their insurance company. It's funny how quickly Jerry finally responded to me. He stated that I "got pushed to the edge of his desk.' That was a lie. He did finally write me a check to cover the repair. But should not have needed to go that far. Beware! They're very difficult to work with and very disrespectful. While there were good parts about my experience, it was overshadowed by the bad. The fence was fine. The execution was not. The being ghosted was not. The company messed up a portion of my yard with there equipment. Itb is not their practice to place boards down to ride the equipment across to protect the grass as other companies do. After they left, I noticed one of my buried downspouts, where they had drove their large equip across we sucken in a spot. I called the same day.
