A friend in need of help told me these people wanted him to pay almost $200 to get seen, and they couldn't tell him whether his insurance would work until he payed them. Sounds like yet another profiteer in the industry that is addiction.
The overly-anxious Sherry on the phone couldn't understand that I wanted to know if my insurance would cover their medicine before I became a patient; then she cancelled my appointment for simply asking questions. Atrocious behavior from a representative supposedly there to help addicted people recover. Many such cases.
Love the staff and they are always happy to see you and know you by name
Sherie and Haley are amazing. They go above and beyond for you and they do it without hesitation, with kindness and professionalism. ♥️
Love this place they treat with respect and not just another patient. Mrs. Sherri is amazing and so sweet.
