I had an extremely frustrating experience with this clinic. Firstly, my daughter's school counselor, who is closely involved in her care, tried numerous times to reach out to the psychologist to discuss my daughter's treatment. Despite repeated emails and calls over the course of 3-4 sessions, there was no response. The psychologist claimed she never received these messages. Such an amazing practice, the reception staff are incredibly friendly and easy to talk to. I really enjoyed my sessions with Andrew who was incredibly professional yet kind with handling my diagnosis. I wish them all the best and highly recommend this practice!
Narmi is such an approachable and warm practitioner who has supported my daughter with anxiety and social challenges. This support came by way of discussions and a range of taught strategies, all evidence based, that my daughter can apply when challenges arise.
