To add some color to my review, my son was being seen here for physical therapy because he wasn’t walking yet at 15 months. I understand that everyone has their methods but I experienced several red flags that made us seek support elsewhere: 1) there was a tone of blame coming from the PT toward me as the parent. When I asked about the frequency she was seeing him, it was dismissed as I’m supposed to be doing most of the work at home. Easy scheduling but poor communication from therapist, requested records via online portal (after they wouldn’t provide over any other means) and never received them. Therapist didn’t communicate well with me or my daughter. Switched practices and am so much happier!
My daughter started PT with Pam when she was less than a month old for severe torticollis. Pam was incredibly nurturing to my daughter's development. Her years of experience truly showed. I could not recommend her more!
I have been bringing my child for Occupational Therapy to Breakthrough Physical Therapy Pediatrics on and off for three years. We have seen many of the providers, and have gotten amazing care. Everyone from the office staff to the therapists are kind, welcoming, knowledgeable and have a love for the kids they serve. They have also worked with our schedule, and insurance. If you are looking for a place to go for physical or occupational therapy, this place would be my recommendation.
