John and bridgette are amazing. I love how John is very interactive with his patients and doesn't just pawn them off on techs. John is very knowledgeable and tries to make sure you understand exactly what is going on with you and I very much appreciate that. I would recommend this place to anybody looking for physical therapy I promise you won't be disappointed. I have been to several different physical therapy places over the years and this one is by far the best I would never go anywhere else
Unfortunately, my husband was several inches off alignment. John took him and pressed down so hard that it "went back". John was proud to tell us they don't take x-rays. After several weeks of PT my husband was still off. We went to get another opinion and x-rays and my husband's hip was broke. As a result, he had 3 pins put in to correct the broken hip from the severe treatment my husband first received from John which gave him excruciating pain. Nice staff but dangerous practice.
Customer friendly, polite, always greets you by name upon entering the establishment. John explained in detail what we are doing and why. constantly gives feed back, listens and answers my questions. The lady (forgot her name, starts with B) that assist John and helps me is equally professional and knowledgeable. I look forward to each visit.
After battling five separate cancers in the past 23 years, the last being breast cancer and undergoing a double mastectomy, I was left with little range of motion, tons of accumulated scar tissue, and daily pain. Dr John is very thorough with his knee replacement therapy. He is encouraging yet disciplined with his instructions to help me push myself for improvement. I would definitely recommend him to other patients in need.
