I’m a new patient and as such, I arrived early. I signed in using the clipboard and the receptionist never looked up nor acknowledged my presence. I took a seat in the waiting area and an hour later, I have yet to be addressed. In spite of multiple therapists retrieving clients from the waiting area NO ONE has even spoken to me.
