I’m a new patient and as such, I arrived early. I signed in using the clipboard and the receptionist never looked up nor acknowledged my presence. I took a seat in the waiting area and an hour later, I have yet to be addressed. In spite of multiple therapists retrieving clients from the waiting area NO ONE has even spoken to me. The entire staff of the Oxford office is kind, professional, and helpful. I never have to wait when I arrive for my appointment. I am making progress on pain control. I am so glad my physician referred me to Breakthrough.
