I honestly don’t think they deserve the one star I was forced to give them so I could leave a report They were not supposed to handle or touch stimulus checks But they put my 2 stimulus checks in my ssi causing me to owe social security money Oh and I have $6000 just missing i didnt know I was supposed to even have Faced homelessness because of it Find ANYONE other then them to handle your money After KC (initials of my payee) left my money kept going missing
This place is bullshit. They can't pay bills on time, and when questioned about it they bring up "rules" that have never been mentioned before. Then want to waste time arguing in an email instead of taking 5 min to buy my phone card. This is the second month in a row my phone had been shut off. Theresa SUCKS.
The new director Brian has hired a superb team to help the clients at BTH. Molly the clubhouse director is tops and truly cares about the clients and their needs. Theresa is superb too and truly cares. So does Amy Fultz and many others. Sehera Hays and Marcie Wainright truly care about the housing needs of their clients. BTH is truly making a difference in the Topeka community.
