One of the worst experiences of patient care and neglect and patient abandonment I have encountered in 20 plus years. Lack of staff to fulfill clinical needs, lack of trained staff and extremely poor communication and follow through on patient care concerns. I would not refer my dying dog to this company.

I'm a very disappointed in the mishandling of my services with them. My nurse's name is Jeff. He is good, consistent and professional. He calls me the day before to schedule his time with me. Every time he is out sick, I receive inadequate use of my time waiting on themto come. I have to call the agency and ask them who is coming to service me. Jeff has only been out 2 times. They seldom call me in advance to provide me services in his absence. Most of the time my entire day is spent waiting on them to come. I have mobility ... read more
