I'm a very disappointed in the mishandling of my services with them. My nurse's name is Jeff. He is good, consistent and professional. He calls me the day before to schedule his time with me. Every time he is out sick, I receive inadequate use of my time waiting on themto come. I have to call the agency and ask them who is coming to service me. Jeff has only been out 2 times.
