I have Known Shoshana for many years. She once was my manager at a Grocery Store. I am so Grateful i found her again! I am so excited for her Fitness Center to kick off. I have been struggling with weight loss for over 6 years from gyms to trying to excercise on my own, The Instructors are WONDERFUL, they help you through the classes and dont push you to over due it. I have been going for 3 weeks. Lost 6 inches and 7lbs thus far. Did not achieve this much going to a gym!

I cannot begin to explain how great Breakthrough Fitness is! I've belonged to many gyms, always with no results. I can say I have not only lost weight, but have toned up and feel great. Shoshana is passionate about not only your physical well being, but your health also. She has kept me motivated and I couldn't imagine a day WITHOUT a workout! I would highly recommend Breakthrough Fitness Plus to anyone who is serious about changing their health and fitness habits.
