Currently seeing Craig Felton at Breakthrough counseling & so far very impressed with his attitude, logical approach, & ability to connect with at a personal level. I'm only a couple appointments in but am very impressed It would be 5 stars if there was more days/ later appointments for in person counseling but he is very accommodating.
For those who take the step to seek help I applaud you. I know how difficult it can be. I took the step and failed because I chose the wrong counselor. The deal breaker for me was that Craig would not even acknowledge I asked one question that I needed an answer to. It was important to me to hear his opinion. Apparently, he didn't like my question so he simply ignored it several times. At a bare minimum he should have at least said I cannot answer that at this time but I got nothing so he gets a review of two stars.

NOT all client/therapist relationships “click”. Results may vary. I don’t know what counseling with him did, of any good. I only know what it didn’t do. His approach was very ineffective to the betterment of his client. His material doesn’t change when there is little to no positive change. His provided material is deceptive and secretive.
