We’ve been having sessions about twice weekly for our 8 year old with ADHD, to try and help with sleep, attention and focus. After our first session, our child who NEVER SLEEPS IN, slept until 830am the next day. We’ve instantly seen the benefits of Neurofeedback for sleep.
