Breakstone is amazing. Not only for the professionalism of the coaches but also for the passion and community spirit that this box promotes. You will sweat and have fun and it won't always be easy , but you will always have somebody that is there with you through it all. Joining Breakstone has been one of the best decision in 2018. I have just finished a 6 week challenge with Breakstone and I would highly recommend them. I wanted a kick starter to get back into training and to lose weight, in total I’ve lost 18lbs and 5% of my body fat so far.
