Ivan is always great to work with. They do great work and always keep you updated. I highly recommend using them for your auto repair needs.
The business owner Dan Rosenthal ask me if I carried a home mortgage still ,I realized this nasty person wanted to really screw me big time unbelievable got my keys and left.
Regrettably, I had a collision accident on a Friday afternoon, shortly after I arrived for a visit with my daughter, having driven from Oakland County, MI. I was able to drive my vehicle to their location, but was very unsure about driving it all the way back to Michigan on Sunday. They gave it a complete inspection, secured all loose parts, and took it on the highway to make sure it was safe to drive back to Michigan. They were awesome! Very professional and very reasonable pricing.
Every time we have taken a car into Breaking Point Auto, we have had top-tier service, professionalism, and honest, straightforward advice/opinions without any attempt to oversell or overcharge. We were extremely frustrated with the poor customer service, overcharging, and lack of concern for large and small auto issues we had been receiving from our dealership, even after years of working together and purchasing cars.
