Liz was wonderful and walked me through my very first frequency session. I felt relaxed throughout session and suprisingly the zen-like feeling has continued into my "real life" since my session. She helped me uncover stored emotions and assisted in releasing them from my body. I will definitely be back. Amazing ♥
Liz is a longtime friend. She helped uncover a ton of things that were affecting my body my Microbiome and how I can start to heal myself through natural remedies. She recommended some teas and amazing digestive supplements that have helped me get on the right track I’m not saying that I’m completely cured, but I can tell that my body is starting to respond positively in the healing manner, I would highly recommend you check breaking chains out so she can help you!
After my first visit with Liz I had to share with her that she unlocked memories in my mind of childhood joy that I hadn’t remembered since it had happen! I’ve never felt such peace within myself until I started sound therapy. It’s been beneficial to me to release my stored energy within my body from over the months , years in a safe and comfortable environment with a professional I can trust and being educated on why certain emotions effect the body physically , and being guided on how to process and release them
Liz is a great therapist, she's very understanding and compassionate and will do whatever she can to help you. 5 stars, I would reccomend her for absolutely anybody of any age.
