I am so grateful to have found Breaking Barre! I’ve been a member for several years and always look forward to the fun and challenging workouts they offer. The instructors are so encouraging and the variety of classes, movement and music keeps me motivated to take multiple classes weekly. I recently experienced some knee pain from a trip that involved hiking many miles daily for a few weeks. Great classes! Atmosphere is amazing and the workouts are intense but so much fun! They make you feel comfortable right from the start and the teachers give you a couple of different options depending on how strong you want your workout to be.
One of the friendliest places starting from the front desk to the trainers. There is no shami g for being out of shape and accommodations are always made during exercise. So glad I joined!
