One of the friendliest places starting from the front desk to the trainers. There is no body shaming for being out of shape and accommodations are always made during exercise. So glad I joined!

Laura has created an amazing community. I talk to all my friends, family, and co-workers about coming here and how fun it is and good for my physical and mental health. Breaking Barre gives me something to look forward to after a long day of work. I always feel better once I leave class. Love Breaking-Barre! A wide variety of classes, enthusiastic and knowledgeable instructors and a welcoming community all around make this a unique option in Orlando. I especially like that the class instruction varies, so you're not doing the same thing every time. There is enough repetition to keep you in the game, but enough new to keep you interested and challenged. Plus, I'm getting results. What more could you ask for?
I’ve been going to Breaking barre since September and can’t say enough good things about it. It’s made working out so fun and is flexible with my busy schedule. Music is great, the workouts have variety and the instructors are just the best.
