Great classes! Atmosphere is amazing and the workouts are intense but so much fun! They make you feel comfortable right from the start and the teachers give you a couple of different options depending on how strong you want your workout to be.
One of the friendliest places starting from the front desk to the trainers. There is no shami g for being out of shape and accommodations are always made during exercise. So glad I joined!
Love the studio! Love all the different varieties of classes and times that they offer. Classes are alway fun and instructores are nice and very helpful.
This place is awesome and the customer service is fantastic. I enjoyed trying different classes and the prices are affordable. I had a great time exercising and look forward to going back!
