BPR were great until they werent! We rented through them for 12 months with few issues - except a obvious disconnect between the leasing team and the accounting team. However, once we gave notice and moved out the experience changed significantly when trying to get our bond back. There are ways to communicate professionally, but unfortunately Anne did not do this and was quite rude, which left a bad taste after what had otherwise been a positive tenancy.
