Appalling, unprofessional experience the second time around using this Real Estate Agent. Agent Anne O’Dell refused to sign off on our bond due to a purported pet odour in the 23 year old carpet. Ignoring the fact that she was advised our dog had passed away almost 10 months previously, it was impossible that the purported odour was caused by an animal.
