BPR were great until they werent! We rented through them for 12 months with few issues - except a obvious disconnect between the leasing team and the accounting team. However, once we gave notice and moved out the experience changed significantly when trying to get our bond back. There are ways to communicate professionally, but unfortunately Anne did not do this and was quite rude, which left a bad taste after what had otherwise been a positive tenancy. I had a deeply disappointing experience today. I arrived approximately three minutes late to a scheduled inspection at 22/61 Peninsula Dr Breakfast Point, after having difficulty locating the property. When I arrived, I was standing directly outside the property, and there were no other prospective tenants viewing at that time. Terrible communication from Anne. Our air conditioning broke in September, and it took until November just to organise someone to inspect it, but only after multiple follow-ups and the threat of going to tribunal. Once the issue was confirmed, we were told the ceiling would need to be opened, but no clear timeline for repairs was provided. For a supposedly luxury apartment, this level of delay and uncertainty was extremely disappointing. Ultimately, we decided to move out. Beautiful apartment but terrible communication.
